Unicorn Bag

Afternoon all, its S & K again,

Miss K attended another craft class at Crafters Compaion and this time were using the fantastic products from Imagination  Crafts.  Imagination Crafts have a fantastic range of products for mixed media projects,  http://www.imaginationcrafts.co.uk/.  They have a range of paints, sprays,  Fabric paints,  Sprakle medium, waxes, rice papers, stencils and much more - you’ll be spoilt for choice!

To create the back ground she used Imagination Crafts Textile Fashion Spray in Lemon Yellow, Pink and white.  Miss K picked to do a canvas bag.  As the bag is porous Miss K put a piece of card inside the bag before starting.  Once the paint has dried it can be ironed on the reserve to “set” the paint and can be washed at 40c.

The unicorn is a transfer from the Imagination Crafts new range.  Very easy to use and just irons on.  When using the transfers make sure the iron is set to cotton and the stream function is turned off.
As Miss K is only 10, I used the iron.  I also used a tea towel under the iron while ironing on the transfer.

Once the transfer as cooled it was easy to remove that backing paper.  I would recommend removing it slowly just in case the transfer as not attached properly you can easily go back and reapply the heat.

Very simple to do and these transfers can also be used on canvases.

Bye for now
